What you need:
5 large red or yellow bell peppers
2 medium onions
1.5 pounds of ground turkey
1 Can of diced tomatoes
1 can of tomato paste
Black pepper
Himalyan salt
Paprika
Oregano
Dry parsley
A tub of sour cream
What you do:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Cut the bell peppers in half vertically and discard all the contents.
- Cut onions into tiny pieces.
- Mix the onions, diced tomatoes, black pepper, Himlayan salt, paprika, oregano and the parsley in a pan with the ground turkey and brown the meat.
- Put tomato paste at the bottom of the pepper.
- Stuff the peppers with turkey mix (make sure to put a lot). Put some more tomato paste on top of the meat.
- Put the peppers in the oven and bake them for an hour.
- Take the peppers out and serve with some sour cream on top.
